Domestic Orders:

All products purchased from or outlet can be exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date.

Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange at our outlet or you can contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier.


Note: the courier cost of returning the item will be paid by the customer. In case the item is damaged or the size you ordered is not the size you received, Panache will cover the return shipment charges.

Panachebymona allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of item will be allowed if:

  • The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email or WhatsApp) within 10 working days of receipt of the purchased item;
  • The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item;
  • The item is in its original packing and the price tag is intact;
  • The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item;
  • It has no emits, odours, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.
  • If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.

Panachebymona doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased from any unauthorized sellers/individuals. Only shop authentic products from our official website or our outlets.


Procedure for Return & Exchange

For exchanging or returning any of your purchased item please contact at our store. Our customer care representative will get back to you within next 24-48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). You can return the item to our provided address written below under the title ‘Return Address’, and in case if you have to pay the return fee than you will get the amount will be adjusted in the next order.

Panachebymona has the right, at its the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.

Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.


International Orders:

 We try our absolute best to furnish you with as much information as possible to ensure that you are completely comfortable when placing your order.

Currently, we do not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders.


Refund Policy:

 Panachebymona does not offer a “cash refund”.
